NB: The registration fee includes all conference activities, including coffee breaks and standing dinners.

Refunds: If a refund is requested within 5 calendar days of registration, 95% of the fee paid will be refunded. Otherwise, the refund will be 90% until April 30th; 70% between May 1st and May 31st; 50% between June 1st and June 30th; and 0% thereafter.
